Independent Living
Independent living apartments offer a chore-free lifestyle with no house or yard work, cooking or cleaning. Residents enjoy engaging activities both on and off campus.
Choose from four spacious one and two bedroom designs and enjoy community areas dedicated to independent living, including a private dining room, card room and library. Take advantage of a full range of services without leaving the building.
Assisted Living
Rice Home's unique assisted living care program is tailored specifically to a resident's individual needs. Our objective is to provide the proper amount of care while encouraging residents to continue living with independence and a high quality of life. Our private suites include a living room, bedroom, large closets and private bath.

Memory Support
"Our Place" is Rice Home's premier Alzheimer's program, with similar accommodations to assisted living. Professionally trained caregivers create a comfortable and nurturing environment for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other memory related impairments.
Nursing Care
Additionally, Rice Home offers 24-hour nursing care and in-house therapy and rehabilitation services in a comfortable, home-like setting. Our staff is focused on making sure the special needs and comfort of each resident is our highest priority.
Short Term Stay Program
Rice Home's Assisted Living, Memory Support and Nursing Center offer a full complement of accommodations, 24-hour care, meals and amenities on a short-term basis. The Short Term Stay Program benefits caregivers who need a temporary break or want to take a vacation and individuals who need to recuperate after illness or hospitalization. Participating in the Short Term Stay Program also offers guests a chance to experience living in our community before making a commitment to move to Rice.
